Cherry Cordials

We take a fresh, red cherry, wrap it in whipped butter crème, hug the whole confection with chocolate, and wait…proving that patience really is a virtue.  This finished cherry cordial is like no other:  cherry heaven, tantalizing syrup, and chocolate magic.

Anything red—Valentine’s Red, Holiday Red, 4th of July Red.  When you and a love-buddy need to stage a peaceful sit-in, break out your stash of these.  Consumption tip:  keep a napkin, a dish towel, or shirt sleeve on hand.  The juice and the mess is part of the fun!
