Meet the Owners

Scott Lund is both owner of Lula’s Chocolates in Monterey, CA, and also its visionary chocolatier. Prior to starting Lula’s, Lund worked in a variety of oil-related ventures, including a managing directorship of Wyoming LeBarge Oil; LB Oil Resources Company, a partnership with current Lula’s partner Aaron Davidson; and a stint at Shell Oil Company in Houston, Texas. Lund also opened, built up, and managed a string of successful laundromats in Salt Lake City, UT. Lund earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in Accounting from Brigham Young University, as well as a Masters of Business Administration from that same institution. From his varied experiences in the professional world, Lund always has carved out a place for himself with his unrelentingly positive attitude, easy versatility, and tireless work ethic.

Aaron Davidson, co-owner of Lula’s Chocolates, also brings a wide range of professional experience to Lula’s. His most recent venture was Belmont Homes, in AZ, which he grew from a small company doing three custom homes a year to a large and successful company doing 20 large custom homes a year. Prior to starting Belmont Homes, Davidson designed and maintained a variety of financial information systems for mid-size companies such as Thumbs, in Long Beach, CA, and Covenant Care, in South Orange County, CA. With his information systems background, Davidson brings both financial and database expertise to Lula’s Chocolates. Davidson also is a graduate of Brigham Young University, earning undergraduate and graduate degrees in Accounting, and a Masters in Business Administration.
